Founder of Remos Collective, Boglárka Kiss guides clients to design organizational practices for the benefit of all. Her career has spanned systems work, strategy and operations, and cross-sector collaboration in the public, education, nonprofit, and private sectors.
She began her career as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, later becoming a professor, administrator, and a values-driven and practical innovator on college campuses and in the workforce system. As a human-centered designer, she brings deep compassion and creativity to her work, as well as a dedication to inclusion and a focus on improved results.
A lifelong learner, Boglárka earned degrees in economics, business, educational leadership, and music. She is an avid rower and in her spare time, she "takes to the oars."
