Founder and CEO of Remos Collective, Boglárka Kiss guides clients to design organizational practices for the benefit of all. Her career has spanned systems work, research, strategy and operations in all sectors of the economy. She brings deep compassion and creativity to her work, as well as a dedication to inclusion and a focus on improved results.
She began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, working in healthcare and tech as well as with the Los Angeles Philharmonic on its brand revitalization and move to the now-iconic Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Boglárka later became a freelance musician, college professor and administrator taking on a variety of leadership roles in California's community college system. As a human-centered designer, she has worked in the workforce system, with public and private colleges and universities, and nonprofits. Her current role as dean of liberal arts at San Diego Miramar College includes collaborating cross-functionally on the design and construction of a new performing arts center made possible by a 100-million-dollar bond measure.
A lifelong learner, Boglárka earned degrees in economics, business, educational leadership, and music. She is an avid rower and in her spare time, she "takes to the oars."
