Founder of Remos Collective, Boglárka Kiss guides clients to design organizational practices for the benefit of all. Her career has spanned systems work, strategy and operations, cross-sector collaboration, and operationalizing equity in the private, nonprofit, government, and education sectors.
She began her career as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, later becoming a professor, administrator, and an equity-driven and practical innovator on college campuses and in the workforce system. As a human-centered designer, she brings deep empathy and listening skills to her work, as well as a dedication to inclusion and social justice.
A lifelong learner, Boglárka earned degrees in economics, business, educational leadership, and music. She is an avid rower and in her spare time, she "takes to the oars."
